You should have been emailed and account confirmation code, this is a 6 digit number.

Before you can get an Anti-troll code you need to create an account.

After you create an account an email with a confirmation code is sent to the specified address, as this is normally very quick it is usually worth waiting for that email and then going to the confirmation page where you can enter the emailed confirmation code.

You can get and use an Anti-Troll code without confirming the account, but an unconfirmed new account is probably of limited value.
